EASY 7 DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer an easy 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.
Certain types of items (such as innerwear, personalized items, or perishable goods) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
THE RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@hrkkurti.com or visit our Return Center on the website.
Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or provide instructions on how to ship the package back to us.
QUALITY CHECK AND INSPECTION
Once your returned package reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory quality check.
We inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria (unused, tags intact, undamaged).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, alterations, or damage not caused by us.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned product and it successfully passes our quality check inspection.
Approval Notice: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.
Method of Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) or credited as store wallet balance, depending on your preference.
Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
First, check your bank account or payment wallet again.
Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the same product. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@hrkkurti.com
